Professor Lila Rao-Graham is a Professor of Information Systems at the Mona School of Business and Management at The University of the West Indies (UWI) and holds the Grace Kennedy S. Carlton Alexander Chair in Management Studies. Her research interests are in the field of Information Systems, with a particular focus on Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Decision Support Systems, and Data for Development.
Throughout her career, she has published extensively in top international academic journals and presented her research at conferences. In addition, she regularly reviews articles for leading international journals and conferences. She has coauthored a book entitled Business Intelligence for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: An Agile Roadmap toward Business Sustainability.
Professor Rao-Graham’s passion for data extends beyond academia. She is a strong advocate for using data to drive positive change in the Caribbean region and actively engages with the business community to identify oppurtunities to harness the value of their data assets.
