What is the Visa Platinum 0% Offer?

The Visa Platinum 0% Offer is a special promotion where new VM Visa Platinum Credit Card (Unsecured) cardholders can enjoy a 0% introductory interest rate on purchases and other non-cash advance-related charges for six (6) months (180 calendar days) from the date their card account is created.

How do I qualify for the 0% Offer?
  • Apply for a VM Visa Platinum Credit Card (Unsecured) between February 17, 2025 – May 31, 2025.

What transactions are eligible for the Visa Platinum 0% Offer?

The 0% introductory interest rate applies to:

  • Purchases
  • Other non-cash advance-related charges
  • These transactions must be billed within the first six (6) months of account creation to qualify.
What transactions are NOT eligible for the 0% Offer?
  • Cash advances
  • Cash advance fees
  • Any transactions made after the six-month promotional period ends
  • Balance Transfers
  • Any unpaid balances carried over after the six months. These transactions will be subject to the standard cash advance interest rate as outlined in the VM Credit Card Schedule of Fees and Charges.
How long does the Visa Platinum 0% Offer last?

The promotional 0% interest rate lasts for six (6) months (180 calendar days) from the date of account creation.

What happens after the Visa Platinum 0% Offer period ends?

Once the six-month period ends, any unpaid balance will be subject to the standard purchase interest rate as outlined in the VM Visa Credit Card Rates and Charges.

What happens if I miss a payment during the promotional period?

If you fail to make at least the minimum payment by the due date for one billing cycle, VMBS reserves the right to cancel the 0% Offer, and the remaining unpaid balance will be subject to the standard purchase interest rate.

What if I go over my credit limit?

If your account exceeds the credit limit at any time during the promotional period, VMBS reserves the right to cancel the 0% Offer, and the remaining unpaid balance will be subject to the standard purchase interest rate.

Can I participate in multiple promotions at the same time?

No, Customers can only participate in one promotional offer at a time. If multiple promotions are available, VMBS will determine eligibility and how the promotions are applied.

What if I close my account before the promotional period ends?

If you close your account before the promotional period ends, interest charges will apply at the rate specified in the VM Credit Card Schedule of Fees and Charges for the VM Visa Platinum Credit Card.
