1. Who is eligible to play?

To participate, you must be: an active VM Flex Cardholder in good standing at the time of play and prize fulfilment; at least 20 years old; and a resident of Jamaica.

2. How do I start playing?

Visit the VM Flex page, navigate to the game, select Start, and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.

3. How many questions do I need to answer to win?

You must answer all five (5) questions correctly in a single game session to qualify for a prize.

4. Is there a time limit?

Yes! You have 30 seconds to answer each multiple-choice question. If the timer runs out before you select an answer, the question is marked as incorrect and will not contribute to your score. After answering, you can review your previous questions and answers before continuing.

5. What are the questions about?

The trivia questions are designed to test your knowledge of: responsible credit card usage, VM Flex Card features and benefits, smart spending habits, and general financial awareness.

6. What are the prizes?

Eligible winners will receive a Gift Voucher valued at up to JMD $2,500. There is no cash alternative.

7. Can I choose my prize?

No. All eligible winners receive a Gift Voucher once all five questions are answered correctly.

8. How do I claim my prize?

Once you win, a prize claim form will appear on your screen. Please enter your full name, email address, and phone number exactly as they appear on file to allow verification of your prize.

9. How long does it take to get my prize?

Once your details and cardholder status have been verified, your prize will be processed within 30 days.

10. What happens if I provide the wrong contact information?

If the name, email, or phone number you submit does not match our records, we will be unable to verify your win and the prize will be forfeited.

11. Can I play on behalf of someone else?

No. The game is intended for use by the registered cardholder only. Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or use of automated systems, including bots, is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

12. How often can I play the game?

There is no limit to how many times you can play.

13. How many times can I win?

There is a limit of one (1) prize per cardholder for the game.

14. Is the prize transferable?

No. The prize is strictly for the winning cardholder and cannot be transferred to another individual or exchanged for cash.

1. AGREEMENT

By checking the box and playing the Spin to Win Trivia Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate, you must:

  • Be an active VM Flex Cardholder in good standing at the time of play and prize fulfilment.
  • Each cardholder is eligible to qualify for a prize only once.

3. GAME INTEGRITY AND FAIR PLAY

  • The use of bots, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Participants who violate this rule will face immediate disqualification.
  • VM Building Society reserves the right at its sole discretion and without providing reasons to invalidate, or disqualify, any entry suspected of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

4. PRIZES

Winners will be awarded a Gift Voucher valued at up to JMD $2,500. There will be no cash alternative.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted by the winner. VM Building Society may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

  • Each cardholder may qualify for and be awarded a prize only once for the duration of the Game. Any subsequent wins recorded for the same cardholder will be deemed void.
  • Upon winning, a prize claim form will appear on screen. Winners must provide their full name, email address, and phone number exactly as they appear on file to facilitate prize verification.
  • VM Building Society will verify eligibility before issuing any prize.
  • Prizes will be issued within 30 days of successful verification. Failure to provide accurate or matching information may result in disqualification or inability to issue the prize.

6. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of verifying identity, administering the Game, and issuing prizes. Data will be handled in accordance with VM Building Society's Privacy Policy and applicable Jamaican data protection laws. Information will not be shared except where required by law or to fulfil prizes.

7. LIABILITY

VM Building Society is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues affecting gameplay.
  • Interrupted, incomplete, or lost game sessions.
  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Game or use of any prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • VM Building Society reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game at any time without prior notice.
  • VM may disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Game.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
